eZhire Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The eZhire Referral Program ("Program") is open to all registered eZhire users. Employees of eZhire, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the company or helping to set up the Program shall not be permitted to participate.

2. Referral Reward: A referral reward of AED 50 credit ("Referral Credit") will be awarded to the referrer's eZhire wallet when a new user registers with eZhire using the referrer's unique referral code or link and make their first booking.

3. Credit for New Users: New users who register with a valid referral code or link will receive an automatic credit of AED 50 into their eZhire wallet.

4. Usage of Credits: Credits can be used towards future bookings with eZhire. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

5. Limitation: There are no limitations on the number of referrals as of now. 

6. Referral Validation: Referral credits will be awarded only for referrals of genuine, new users. The referred user must not have any existing or previous account with eZhire.

7. Expiry of Credits: Referral Credits have no expiry date as of now and can be used anytime. 

8. Suspension of Account: eZhire reserves the right to suspend the account of any user found to be in violation of these terms, including attempting to create multiple accounts or using fraudulent means to secure referrals.

9. Program Modification and Termination: eZhire reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

10. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

11. Disputes and Jurisdiction: Any disputes related to the Program will be subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction.
